Thanks to Justin Lo I have LOTS of LLT fly-in pictures to “ooh & aah” over. Check ’em out. I’ll have a link up soon to all the pictures but in the meantime I’ll be posting favorites.

It was a "Girl Time" weekend!

Lookin' GOOD in those tshirts ladies!

Evidence of great grub πŸ™‚

I can't believe I missed seeing the T-6 at the fly-in! I was off having fun flying the Poker Run!

*

I was so excited to see Leslie & Auburn Pearman's Beech 18 sitting pretty on the ramp when I got back from Saturday's Poker Run. Γ‚ Check out the spinner and props!!

*

Jessie & her new buddie.

*

Lady pilots picture. We grabbed as many as we could and got some great pictures in front of Rusty's Cessna 195. I know some of you were out flying or elsewhere when we took this. Next year we'll do a better job and actually post a time for a group picture. You MUST slow click twice and see this picture up close. Same thing to see a larger image of any picture.

It was a happy bunch

*

Far & Wide Map. Sharon Tinkler brought a full map of the U.S. for the pilots to mark their course, a gift to airport manager Montille Warren to remember us by.

*

Friday night, Kelly doing her dramatic "2 Pilots - 1 Plane" routine. Hysterical!!

*

From Saturday night's Hangar Party

*

Paul, Montille & Scott did an unbelievable job of keeping everything running smoothly at the fly-in. They put in some VERY long and no-doubt exhausting days taking very good care of us.

*

The Poker Run was a blast. We had over 40 planes in the gaggle with this stop at Houston County Airport M93 for lunch.

*

I'm not sure if this one was part of our group or not? We got a kick out him at any rate!

*

At theΓ‚ Southernaire Airport Restaurant,Γ‚ Helen and I were in awe to find gift bags the Houston Co Chamber of Commerce ladies put together for all the lady taildragger pilots! What a nice surprise.

*

It was a great lunch stop and we felt very welcome by the community. We heard we made the news and many people came out to see the ladies and take pictures. We couldn't help but notice they were concerned for our safety - there was a shiny red fire engine sitting on the n.e. ramp! πŸ™‚

Check back for more!
