Aug 2013 Antique Airfield Iowa Fly-in
Are you going to Blakesburg this year? It runs from Wed. August 28 thru Sunday, Sept. 1 and THIS is my year to go! I’ve made arrangements with the good people at Antique Airfield to hold a LadiesLoveTaildraggers meet-up on Saturday and you’re invited. They came up with the idea of a “happy hour” gathering and I loved it! We’ll be meeting at 5:00 at the Pilot’s Pub so please join me ladies. They tell me refreshments are available; beer, wine and some great sounding munchies so come for some fun!
I’m so excited about going and hope to meet a bunch of you there. Please invite all the women pilots you know. Probably won’t be too many lady pilots at Blakesburg that aren’t Tailwheel girls, but if we find a few we’ll just have to convert ’em!
