    Hi Ashli,

Thank you for being an incredible role model, especially for young women. It is incredibly inspiring to see a young person like yourself pursue your dreams with passion and courage. Sending you a big virtual hug for your efforts in the Creek fire as well as prayers for your safety.

Like Tammie above, I want to say, go girl! We see so many negative news these days that it is wonderful to see inspiration. I saw a post about you flying a fire fighting helicopter—that is awesome! I don’t fly anymore, but for a number of years, I sold Cirrus aircraft. Women in aviation are so cool! Congrats for achieving so much in your young flying career!

    Hello Ashli,
A friend from California sent me a picture of you flying a Helo firefighter. I flew an O-2 over California fires before I started at SWA. Just wanted to say-way to go! Proud of all the studying it takes to fly the things you have flown!
    Blessings in your adventures ahead,
    Tammie Jo Shults

Ashli Blain is the type of person who will be your best friend by day and your worst enemy by night. She has a love for music, art, and best car drying towel. When she isn’t making things happen on her own accord she’s writing about them for other people to read.
