Posted at 08:23h, 08 MaySure is a welcome change from the 60’s when I wanted to enlist in the Air Force. The recruiter told me they’d teach me to be a secretary, and if I was really good, I’d get to be a secretary to a General someday. Now women are Generals, and engaging in all aspects of our military, along with the risks and rewards. Thanks, ladies!
Needless to say, I didn’t enlist, and went on to college without the AF’s help.
