Coby Sena is based at Reid-Hillview Airport (KRHV) San Jose, California.
As of October 2012, I am a CFI… not bad for a 57-year old grandma! My first student is upcoming up for her checkride in a few days… two more are working hard to get there. I love every minute of teaching.

In January 2013, I did another trip to the Dominican Republic with my friend Andrew in his Cessna 180. This coming January, we will be taking two planes to the Dominican Republic… his C180 and my C182. We will be flying from Reid-Hillview in San Jose, CA to Puerto Plato, DR. Quite a trip. I also did a long trip to Oklahoma in April of this year… to attend my daughter’s wedding (and sew all bridesmaids’ dresses and the wedding dress.) The trip out was great - 2 days of favorable tailwinds and smooth air; the trip back was 3 days of strong headwinds, moderate to severe turbulence, and one tired pilot at the end. But I loved it all!
