Jun 2016 Early Arrival Day at the LadiesLoveTaildraggers TX Fly-in!
The LadiesLoveTaildraggers Texas Fly-in has been a long time in the making and officially kicks-off tomorrow (Friday). The weather hasn’t exactly been our friend but it has allowed seven planes to sneak in as early arrivals; my Rans S7, a Supercub, a Stearman, a Maule, a Dornier and two RV7s. Hopefully we’ll get a break tomorrow and many more of the registered aircraft will be able to fly in. We’re getting this party started one way or another so if you can’t fly and want to drive, that works! Hope to see you at KSLR! (Friday, Saturday, Sunday morning)
Julie Thomas flew her Stearman in from Memphis this afternoon.
And just a few minutes later hubby Howard Thomas flew in with sons Ben and Marshall in their Maule

Natalie and dad John were planning on flying their Luscombe to KSLR but got weathered out. These determined pilots drove nine hours to get to the LadiesLoveTaildraggers flyin!!
Eric Hayes flew 3.5 hours today in his twin Dornier to get to our flyin!
Phil and Tess Jones and Boyd all arrived in their RV7s
