We have a great fly-in pancake breakfast at Palmyra, Wisconsin (88C), a beautiful grass strip where lots of cool conventional-gear airplanes live. I was invited to ride along to the event in an AT-6 owned by Pete Mainz.

This is an amazing taildragger! I was surprised at how heavy the rudder pedals felt during taxi and how light they were in flight. Of course, the visibility was terrific.

We had ideal weather and lots of taildragger pilots flying into Palmyra. It was a day to remember!
