We’re off to a good start this morning at OSH. Over 350 women were up early to attend the WIA breakfast, meeting, greeting and networking like crazy. It was a frenzy of hugs, handshakes and smiles as members from everywhere got reacquainted.
There were lots of familiar faces and the 1.5 hours allotted for the breakfast was way too short. WIA is doing wonderful things in the way of scholarships so check their website for details. Same for the Ninety-Nines.
Their annual silent auction at the breakfast is a wonderful fundraiser for WIA and I was tickled to win Karlene Petitt’s book and a Flying Route 66 DVD.
And who could resist buying a WASP tote bag with this famous photo on it?!
