Jul 2010 Jeannie Batto (New Hampshire)
Jeannie Batto flies out of Rochester, NH (KDAW) and Lebanon, NH (KLEB).
I fly all sorts of airplanes but I like the fun simple mission of an Aeronca Sedan. It has the cool factor of a tailwheel, the Vintage to be antique, and the unique factor that makes people wonder what it is. I fly gliders, tow gliders, and looking forward to teaching. I’m living my dream of being a certified airport bum while maintaining a full time job of flying jets around the world.

Posted at 12:23h, 20 JulyThanks Kelly! Jeannie, I sure screwed your name up all right! I’m at my office and can’t access the setup from here but will turn you from “Jeannie Newbury” into “Jeannie Dismukes” ASAP. Dang, what was I thinking?!! But you gotta admit, Jeannie Newbury has a nice ring to it!

Posted at 17:07h, 19 JulyHey Jeannie!!
You ARE living the dream! You go girl!! Welcome to the group! If you’re out there buzzing around New Hampshire and Vermont and run across an orange and brown Waco UPF-7 – say hello to Bud for me! My little Red Waco used to live up near Keene NH before I managed to sneak her off to the midwest!
Hope you can make it to the fly-in… and if not — we look forward to seeing you “around the patch” at some point!
Cheers!
Susan
