Kritika Vincent (India)

Kritika Vincent is based at VIDP, Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi, India.

I moved to the United States at the age of 18 to pursue my Bachelors degree and stayed another year to gain experience in the Aviation field as a Flight Instructor in Florida. In addition, I served as the President of Women in Aviation Chapter at Jacksonville University and volunteered with the Ninety-Nines group as a Secretary for the First Coast Chapter. I recently graduated from the Professional Pilot Leadership Initiative Program and now assist other female Aviators as a mentor. My organizational and communication skills have been finessed into a sophisticated understanding in the field of aviation through my studies and work experience. Originally from India, my residence in United States and working with an International Flight Academy have provided an ease in working with people from diverse backgrounds.

Dream Taildragger: Super Decathlon & Waco

Thoughts on taildragging: I think taildraggers make you a GREAT pilot with all the stick and rudder controls. If I had the money, I would get a tailwheel endorsement and learn how to do Aerobatics in a Decathlon. That would be an amazing adrenaline rush. Although I am CFII and am working on becoming an airline pilot, I want to be better and really good at my basic stick and rudder skills which comes from real tailwheel flying, in my opinion.
