LadiesLoveTaildraggers at AirVenture 2015!

Get ready, OSH is coming!

Say NO to crappy weather and think positive thoughts ’cause we need to get to the greatest fly-in on the planet.
sadMy niece Kate & I will be flying my pretty yellow bird to OSH and spending the week. AirVenture runs Monday, July 20 thru Sunday 26, 2015 so come early, stay late, or slip in for however much time you can get away with. If you’re debating it and looking for a recommendation, guidance, testimonial or endorsement, I’m giving it to you in spades!

So what’s the plan?

I’m looking for 3 lady taildragger pilots to participate in a “Vintage in Review” program Thursday, July 23, 11:00 a.m. To be eligible you must fly a Vintage or Antique taildragger to AirVenture and be willing to display your aircraft on the Vintage ramp beginning Wednesday right after the airshow. The aircraft would remain there till Thursday after the airshow. Host Ray Johnson will interview all three lady taildragger pilots as part of Thursday’s “Vintage in Review” program. Your aircraft must fit into one of these categories:

Antique – December 17, 1903 through August 31, 1945
Classic – September 1, 1945 through December 31, 1955
Contemporary – January 1, 1956 through December 31, 1970

Please let me know if you would like to participate.
