Lisa Grant & 1947 Cessna 120
I have been married for 26 years and was introduced to planes through my husband. Almost all if them were tail wheels, which of course I found out were the best and the most fun to fly in. It will be amazing once I get my pilot’s license and can go up on my own.
Lisa works at Indianapolis Regional Airport and I was lucky enough to give her a ride in my Rans S7 a few weeks ago. I’ve seen her and husband Mike Grant’s C120 and it’s absolutely pristine. It was rebuilt back in 1983 but still looks amazing. Mike says his favorite things about it are its wheel pants, its metal wings and its Maule tailwheel. I have to agree, put those 3 things into one C120 package and it’d be hard to pass up. Personally, I CAN’T WAIT to see Lisa flying this beauty. It spends a lot of time at my airport, and she and I are going to be doing a lot of flying together, she just doesn’t know it yet!! Go Lisa!! Â Judy
