Sep 2012 News from the Orcas Island Fly-out
Yippee, the group fly-out to Orcas Island was a go, as of Friday. Looks like Summer Martell & Chrissy Bishop had a great flight in Summer’s 1931 Student Prince biplane. Hope to hear more soon. Here’s a few shots from Summer & Chrissy.

And from the middle of the night ….. “Having fun counting shooting stars under the flying wires!” Summer Martell
Probably more but so far I’ve heard arrivals from Judy McCarthy, Kati Ganzer, Judy Phelps, Wilma Melville, Gail Schipper, Anna Schwisow, Summer Martell & Chrissy Bishop. There’s the Student Prince, a Citabria, a Glastar, a Cub and a ferry ride hop. Not sure about the others but will no doubt hear more soon.

Posted at 15:30h, 08 SeptemberOrcas looks fabulous and hope to make it there later this fall or next year. My honey is only home for 1 weekend before he heads to turkey, France and UK for 3 weeks. Have a great timr and please post photos of all the fun activities.
