Oct 2012 Olson Fenwick (Idaho)
Olson Fenwick is based at D28, Tanglefoot Seaplane Base, Cavanaugh Bay, Idaho.
From my first introductory flight in 1988 I was hooked! I still have my first plane we bought that year, a Lake Renegade.

My Lake Renegade
My husband soon bought me a beautiful 450 Stearman for flying aerobatics.

Today, I enjoy flying the Back Country of Idaho. I am very proud to be both a lady seaplane and taildragger pilot.

We have Tanglefoot Seaplane Base on Priest Lake, just a walk away from the Cavanaugh Bay grass airstrip, 66S.

I don’t fly the Mallards but they are pretty! From Tanglefoot Seaplane Base Facebook page

Posted at 00:29h, 18 NovemberHi Ray (the handsome man in the photo with the Husky),
As long as the air temp is above freezing I can fly the Lake off water until the bay freezes over. In the meantime I hope to have the Stearman up this winter. How ’bout you, skis on the Husky yet?
Cheers, Olson

Posted at 17:17h, 20 OctoberHi Olson,
Could I get your email address? I don’t get on LLT or facebook as often as I’d like.
I haven’t been to the Bird museum in Sagle but Sally has been there on several occasions. I’ll have to ask her if there is anything about mom there.
