SnF Update 2011 Storms

Storm came thru this morning. We were in Vendors Bldg B. Lots of wind, rain and small hail. We came out to lots of damage.

About 20% of outside vendors tents destroyed with associated damage to their displays.

About 10% of total display acft damaged. Lots of homebuilts damaged. Most Port a Potties laid over, trees down and debris all over. Ultra light field hit hard.

Lots of emergency vehicles down at the helicopter field. Police finally came around and closed the main display area. Didn’t get many pics due to rain and closing of area.

Jim Bynum had his Ercoupe totaled. Tail tie down broke at the hook, acft flipped over.

Will review other cameras tonight and see if anything worth sending out.
