- Camping on Field: Bring your tents and gear & sleep under your wing. There are several indoor restrooms as well as outside porta poties. Golf carts will be provided to get you to and from the indoor showers on the perimeter of airport property.
Breakfast, lunch & dinner available for purchase throughout the fly-in. Meals will be prepared by local EAA Chapter 1094, as well as food trucks and catered dinner(s). We owe a HUGE thank you to our hosts at KSLR for making this possible!
A trolley will run between the airport, motels and downtown/restaurants during the fly-in.
Thursday, May 28 Early Arrivals: Fly-in, splash-in or drive-in. Set up camp or get your motel. Dinner available on the field or across the street at the Redbarn Cafe.
Friday, May 29: Arrivals all day. 11:00 a.m. depart Fly-out lunch, destination TBD. Lunch and Dinner on the field. Visit Legend Aircraft.
Saturday, May 30. Poker Run, includes lunch stop. This is Saturday’s big event so please fly along. Poker Run to benefit the LadiesLoveTaildraggers Scholarship Fund. $25 Hand. Evening Dinner, Speakers, Silent Auction & Hangar Party!!
Sunday, May 31. Breakfast on field. Departures.
Everyone is welcome to attend but Pre-Registration to the LLT Fly-in is required! It’s impossible to calculate meal service, transportation and ground support without a rough headcount so PLEASE fill in the short registration form. We understand your attending is weather dependent, but for planning purposes, if you think you’ll be there please let us know.
