Jan 2013 The Girls With Wings Pilot Shop is CLOSING!
After struggling financially for years, I’m sorry to report the “Pilot Shop” division of the 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization Girls With Wings is closing. Founder and Executive Director Lynda Meeks reluctantly reported the news on her  website Friday, January 18, 2003; http://thegirlswithwingsblog.blogspot.com/.
I hope you read Lynda’s blog post so you can truly appreciate the contribution she had made to the advancement of girls flying everywhere. Happily, the “Girls With Wings, Inc.” nonprofit organization will continue their mission to use aviation to entertain and educate girls about their limitless opportunities for personal growth.

Sorry things didn’t work out. I have to say, my building another airplane wasn’t the best idea for personal time management. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
