I couldn’t be happier to announce this year’s recipients of our LadiesLoveTaildraggers’ Scholarships. We had so many incredible applicants that choosing just two proved to be extremely difficult. Ultimately, these two fine ladies were named the winners!
Brittany Reinbolt from Arkansas
Tailwheel Endorsement Scholarship:
Brittany Reinbolt from Searcy, Arkansas. Age 31, she has 536+ hours TT and has her Commercial, Instrument & CFI. Brittany works as a flight instructor for Central Flying Service, Little Rock, Arkansas. She is also on the U.S. Bobsled team and is a 2018 Olympic hopeful.
Lisa Preuit from Alaska
Stick & Rudder Master Class Scholarship:
Lisa Preuit from Wasilla, Alaska. Age 51, she has 2800 hours TT and holds Airline Transport, Multiengine & Commercial ratings. She works for the Valley Performing Arts Center in Wasilla and is the mother of two college bound kids. She say’s “it’s her turn now!”

And a huge thank you to everyone who donated to the LLT Scholarship Fund. Without you, this would not have been possible! The good news is, it’s not over till it’s over. The 2016 LadiesLoveTaildraggers Fly-in/Splash-in is happening soon at KSLR, Sulphur Springs, Texas. June 2 – 5. All proceeds from the Poker Run and Auction will benefit our Scholarship Fund. With any luck, we’ll be able to award yet another scholarship this summer. If so, we will pull from this group of scholarship applicants.
