Una Allman is based at Watchford Farm, Devon, UK. Been flying since 1974, learnt on tailwheel Condor. Bought a PA16 then a L4 Cub GBDOL and now L4 Cub G-LIVH.  Awarded a cup when I flew G-BDOL to Demark, flew 65 airfields in France. Live in Devon, UK and still flying.  Flew G-AIVW Tiger Moth on Floats 1976.
Was invited to join 99’s in 1976 and was friends with Shelia Scott and Lettice Curtis who were with the ATA during the war. Also Joan Hughes with the ATA. (The Air Transport Auxiliary (ATA) was a British World War II civilian organisation based at White Waltham Airfield, that ferried new, repaired and damaged military aircraft between UK factories, assembly plants, transatlantic delivery points, Maintenance Units (MU), scrap yards, and active service squadrons and airfields – Wikipedia).
