Wow, that was quick. THANK YOU to Sharon Tinkler from Tullahoma, Tennessee for volunteering to fill this position! Sharon is not only a Luscombe owner and pilot, she’s also a dynamo who is passionate about aviation. The media will be in good hands!
Ladies, I could sure use your help! As LadiesLoveTaildraggers has grown, the number of requests from the media for information about LLT has grown. I would love to find a LadiesLoveTaildraggers member who could manage incoming requests from the press. Requests related to our organization include providing news updates as they occur, press releases, event information, and supporting ongoing feature stories for publications as they arise.
I founded LadiesLoveTaildraggers 6 short years ago and had no idea it would grow into the amazing, awesome, organization it has become. We are frequently mentioned in the same articles and context as the Ninety-Nines and Women In Aviation, a tremendous compliment. I could not be happier because I believe we have the most amazing members who inspire each other and encourage everyone to fly a taildragger.
