Gail says “I’d like to set Saturday as ‘Ladies Love Taildraggers’ t-shirt day. Love it if anyone else wants to go out and do some girlie fly-bys.”

40th Anniversary of the National Antique Airplane Associations Fly-in at Antique Field, IA27. This year the featured airplane is the Monocoupe. 5 days of flying, camping (with showers) on the field, gorgeous airplanes.

Posted at 19:12h, 31 AugustYes, I’m flying the biplane. Things are easier going east. Once you get out of the state of Colorado the world is infested with airports. Having 2 hrs of endurance stops being such a problem.
Amy, what will you be flying? I’ll have the biplane in the picture in Judy’s post. I’ll be looking for you!
